The Founder

Since it was founded by César Saint Ouen, Terrasse et Jardin de Paris has been synonymous with creativity, excellence and responsibility.

A hedonist with a passion for nature and design, César is very sensitive to the transmission of knowledge – know-how and interpersonal skills – and to professional fulfillment, and has surrounded himself with the crème de la crème of the architectural and landscape professions to create the most beautiful edens.
