With breathtaking views over the surrounding rooftops and picturesque landscapes of this charming town, this space offers a unique opportunity to create an open-air sanctuary where relaxation and conviviality meet in harmony. The generous space lends itself to a multitude of design possibilities. Imagine relaxing on comfortable outdoor furniture, surrounded by lush plants and colorful flowers, creating an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the city. Warm wooden flooring creates a welcoming, elegant ambience, inviting relaxation and contemplation.
Discreet but effective outdoor lighting adds a touch of atmosphere in the evening, allowing you to prolong evenings outdoors in a soft, soothing atmosphere. For sunny days, a sun protection system gives you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors to the full while protecting you from the sun’s scorching rays.
